GTS Story Telling & Open Mic

Join Us! Fire Side, in the parking lot at Hatch Expeditions in Marble Canyon, as we kick off this years Guide Training Seminar. Hosted by Grand Canyon River Guides

*To kick off this year's GTS, please join us Friday evening at sundown for a fireside storytelling event hosted by The Thalweg - an artist collective who shares the work of creatives from rural and wild places. This year, The Thalweg is proud to feature Steve Kenney as our featured poet and performer in celebration of the release of his life's work collection of poetry Scribblins.  For an hour before Steve's poetry reading there will be an open mic. We would love for you to share stories, poetry, music, dance - its up to you. Compared to previous years, we are asking that folks sign up to share beforehand so we can organize more gracefully. you can do so here:  GTS Fireside Event - Open Mic Sign-up Form
