Reflections on the textures and patterns the world creates around us every day, small moments left for us to find, if we look around.

1 || Crystal Geyser, UT || Shelves of mineral deposits, layers of orange and white and tan, the geyser bubbling up  and tipping down to the river, moving on and on, eventually to the sea.

2 || Flathead Lake, MT || The lake rocks in western Montana are smooth and round, tumbled by glaciers and time,  tiny gems of color dotting the lake and creek beds, a whole history in the palm of your hand.

3 || Second Beach, WA || A bluebird day on the Olympic coast after a night of rain, the sea crashing in and crashing  out, carving out patterns in the sand; it’s easy to understand how they thought it was the edge of the world.
